Blackthorn Music Festival 2015

A Bit About The Festival

The third Blackthorn Music Festival was again held at White Bottom Farm, in the picturesque Etherow Park, in Compstall, Greater Manchester.

Continuing the theme from last year, another (third) stage was added, providing a platform for young, new acts through the BlastBeat charity, while the second stage featured both semi-acoustic and some full bands. The main stage (inside a barn) again played host to a mixture of indie, rock and pop, both original music and covers bands.

The festival ran from late afternoon on Friday, throughout Saturday and finished early evening on Sunday. In total just over 100 acts appeared, making it difficult to see them all, however 78 are shown here.
