Concert Photography Plus

Hawklords were originally active as a band in 1978/79, built around members of Hawkwind, who had temporarily disbanded or gone into a hiatus state. At that time they included Dave Brock, Robert Calvert, Simon King, Harvey Bainbridge and Steve Swindells, and released one album.

Wind forward to some time in the first decade of the 21st century (as ever nothing related to Hawkwind seems very clear!) and various ex-members of Hawkwind are again operating as Hawklords, revolving around Bainbridge, Ron Tree and Jerry Richards, with appearances from, amongst others, Nik Turner and Alan Davey, and by 2015 with Tom Ashurst on bass.
