Originally formed in Sheffield in the 1990s by guitarist Juliaqn Hunt and vocalist Martin Wilson, Grey Lady Down released a number of albums and toured with various well known bands until deciding to split in 1998. However they reformed briefly in 2000/2001 and then as a six piece in 2011, including (on and off) second guitarist Steve Anderson.
